Gender Inequality: It's about Time

The conference will focus on recent and novel research on time use and policies that affect the lives of working parents and children. These will include: firm policies and work organization; state or national policies on parental leave; subsidized daycare, after school programs, school hours, and parental time inputs in child education. Thus, the three main topics that will each be the focal point of a half-day session are: Firms, Government, and Families.
