Next-Generation International Security Scholars Conference

October 14–15, 2017

This conference is closed to the public.

International security remains a subject of vital importance for political science—and an integral part of the research of faculty and students at Harvard University. The Next-Generational Security Scholars Conference is designed to assist next-generation international security scholars at Harvard and across the United States prepare predoctoral research for publication in a top international relations journals. The conference would directly address two current gaps in the field: (1) research-oriented professional development opportunities for predoctoral scholars; and (2) early-stage, interuniversity project collaboration. In so doing, this conference promises to contribute to the development of next-generation research in the field.

Convener

Joshua D. Kertzer
Faculty Associate. Assistant Professor, Department of Government, Harvard University.
