Weatherhead Center Faculty Associate Frank Dobbin, professor of sociology, won the HBR McKinsey Award for best Harvard Business Review article of the year along with coauthor Alexandra Kalev. Their article, "Why Diversity Programs Fail," reveals that decades of workplace programs intended to foster diversity haven't been successful.
